Return & Refund Policy

We want every Rockstead Shop customer to purchase with confidence.
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. The knife must be returned in the same new, unused, and unaltered condition in which it was dispatched, complete with its original presentation box, documents, accessories, and protective packaging.
Requesting a Return
Please contact Rockstead Shop within 14 calendar days after delivery and provide:
- your order number;
- the knife model;
- the serial number;
- confirmation that the knife remains new, unused, and complete;
- a brief description of your return request.
Once we receive your return request, we will provide a Return Authorization number, the approved return method, the return address, and the required shipping and customs instructions.
Please do not send a product back before receiving these instructions. Unauthorized international returns may be delayed, refused by the carrier, or incorrectly processed by customs.
Product Condition and Packaging
To qualify for a voluntary return, the exact Rockstead knife supplied under the original order must be returned in the same new, unused, and unaltered condition in which it was dispatched by Rockstead Shop.
The knife’s model, configuration, and serial number must match the records for the original order.
The original presentation box, documents, accessories, and protective packaging must also be complete and in their original condition.
For return shipping, place the Rockstead presentation box inside a separate protective shipping box. Do not attach labels, tape, writing, or customs documents directly to the presentation box or other manufacturer packaging.
Return Shipping
For a voluntary return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If Rockstead Shop arranges the return shipment, the customer must use the carrier, shipping label, and customs documents provided in the Return Authorization. The return shipping cost may be charged to the customer or deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
If the customer arranges the return shipment independently, the parcel must be securely packaged and sent using an approved, trackable service together with the customs documents and declaration details provided by Rockstead Shop. We strongly recommend full insurance for the appropriate value.
Any duties, taxes, or customs-clearance charges resulting from an incorrect declaration or failure to follow the authorized return instructions remain the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
The issue of a Return Authorization or return shipping label, acceptance of the parcel by the carrier, or confirmation of delivery does not by itself constitute acceptance of the returned product or approval of a refund.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
Please contact us promptly if:
- the parcel arrives visibly damaged;
- the product does not correspond with your order;
- an item or document is missing;
- you believe the knife had a defect when delivered.
Keep the outer shipping box, internal packaging, shipping labels, and all supplied contents until the matter has been resolved.
We may request photographs or video showing the packaging, product, serial number, or reported issue. This helps us assess the matter and, where necessary, submit a claim to the carrier or insurer.
Please do not use, disassemble, modify, sharpen, or attempt to repair the knife before receiving our instructions.
If an incorrect product, transit damage, or a defect present at delivery is confirmed, Rockstead Shop will arrange an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, supply of a missing item, price adjustment, or refund.
Rockstead Shop will cover reasonable return and replacement shipping costs resulting from our error or a confirmed eligible claim.
Inspection and Refunds
All returned products are inspected against the original order, including:
- the model and configuration;
- the serial number;
- the product condition;
- the original documents and accessories;
- the presentation box and protective packaging.
A refund is available only for the exact Rockstead knife supplied under the original order.
A substituted, missing, incomplete, or different item does not constitute a valid return and is not eligible for a refund.
A refund will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to meet the applicable return conditions, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in the currency actually charged at checkout.
Rockstead Shop is not responsible for differences resulting from exchange-rate fluctuations, foreign transaction fees, bank charges, card-issuer fees, or currency-conversion rates applied by payment providers.
