Rockstead had produced model "NEHAN" till to 2010.
Due to the great popularity of this model, Rockstead decided to reproduce this model again in 2017.
Original NEHAN was designed by very famous custom knife maker in the world Koji Hara. New Rockstead NEHAN has almost the same outer part design compared to the Koji Hara's orinal model. But all the structure are totally different. New Rockstead NEHAN is more high-end than original one. Also, this is the highest quality folding knife with Rockstead's expertise clutivated through knife production.
Besides the mirror polished finish blade made from ZDP 189 New Rockstead NEHAN has a very safe and High-precision button lock system. For the handle material Rockstead use two kind of different handle materials. One is "Artificial Marble" that is used for high-end kitchen counter also, it looks very gorgeous.
The other one is the "Ebonite" that is used high-end fountain pen also, this is very popular in the fountain pen collector.
These materials are bond with titanium plate, and then machining. This design image is the Japanese Kimono's fold.
These heterogeneous materials and precision finishing are accumulated technologies due DON's handle manufacturing process. Usually,in folding knifes, handles are put right and left together by screws but in New NAHAN these screws does not visible. New NEHAN handle looks like one-piece handle. This is Rockstead original technology.
